Okay this took me like three days to do!
We haven't seen these two in a while. Hope ya'll remember them, Jezebel Diabolo and Kasey Montifuer. I'm not to fond of how Kasey's skirt turned out but I was getting bored and wanted it done.
I really like how Jezebel's dress turned out. I based it off the picture 'Lady Moon and Night's Sky'. Yes I know it looks like all the dresses I've drawn in most of my bases but I can't think of anything else. It's easy for me to do and I'm just learnign.
